Lesson Objectives:
The students will...
- Read the story Horton Hears a Who
- Understand what rhyming words are

Content:
- Discuss what it means for two words to rhyme
- Read the story Horton Hears a Who by Dr. Seuss
- Discuss the rhyming words heard in the story
- Complete an activity using the SmartBoard
- Three words appear on screen.
- Two out of the three words rhyme.
- Students move two words into the empty boxes.
- Press the "Check" button check if the correct words have been selected.
